          Our services include blockchain strategy consulting, educational workshops, and implementation guidance. Payment terms are structured as 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, with all payments processed in USDC/USDT cryptocurrency. All cryptocurrency transactions are final and non-reversible.

          3. Intellectual Property Rights

          All materials, presentations, and content provided through our services remain the property of Block ACE. Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for internal business purposes only. Resale or redistribution of materials is strictly prohibited.

          4. User Data and Privacy

          5. Service Cancellation and Refunds

          For consulting services, 48-hour notice is required for appointment cancellation. Educational programs require 7-day cancellation notice, with prorated refunds available for uncompleted portions. No refunds are provided for materials already delivered.

          6. Confidentiality

          We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. Clients agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during our services.

          7. Limitation of Liability

          Block ACE provides professional consulting and educational services but does not guarantee specific business outcomes. We are not liable for investment decisions, technical implementation outcomes, market conditions, or cryptocurrency value fluctuations.

          8. Governing Law

          These Terms are governed by European Union law, with disputes to be resolved in the courts of Germany.
